Staying a member is as simple as keeping the appointment.
There's really only one thing to remember: attend a qualifying hygiene visit within seven months of your last one, and your membership rolls on. That's the same six-monthly rhythm your dentist would recommend anyway — Frequent Smiles just adds a reward to it.
The MyDentist App and email will nudge you before your window closes, so you're not relying on memory. If more than seven months pass, membership simply lapses — and you can reactivate it whenever you're ready. No lectures, no pressure.
Top-up gel is provided at each visit subject to clinical suitability, and declining a top-up at any visit doesn't affect your membership.
