Your first visit is built to be explanation-first. Nothing is done to you without being talked through beforehand, and you're welcome to ask us to pause, slow down, or stop at any point — that's a normal part of the appointment, not an interruption to it. If something specific worries you, mentioning it when you book helps us prepare, but it's just as fine to bring it up once you're in the chair.
Quieter appointment times can be arranged on request, and where it's clinically appropriate, we're happy to talk through sedation options so you know what's genuinely available before deciding anything.

Here's the short version: join Frequent Smiles after your first check-up and clean, and if teeth whitening is assessed as clinically suitable for you, your take-home whitening kit — custom-fitted trays and professional gel, valued at $360 — is complimentary. From there, attend your recommended six-monthly hygiene visits and receive complimentary whitening gel top-ups each time, for as long as your membership stays active.
There's no ongoing membership fee. The whole program simply travels alongside the preventive care visits that are already part of looking after your smile.

If veneers, Invisalign, braces, dental implants, crowns or whitening have quietly crossed your mind, this complimentary offer covers your first consultation about cosmetic dentistry — a one-time opportunity to explore your options before anything is booked.
The Smile Makeover Consultation is a relaxed conversation about cosmetic dentistry — usually around 45 minutes — where we look, listen, and talk through what's realistic for your smile. This complimentary offer applies to your first cosmetic consultation only; it doesn't cover check-ups, hygiene visits, emergency appointments or general dental treatment, and a standard consultation fee applies to any further cosmetic consultations after your first. There's no obligation to proceed with anything, and no pressure to decide on the day.
If you do decide to go ahead with something, costs and options are explained clearly, and Afterpay, National Dental Plan and SuperCare are all available to help spread the cost where eligible.
